Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am a writing advisor and I find it quite useful to use Miro to help students brainstorm. I often use Miro with the digital appointments that I have, even though sometimes I use Miro also with in-person appointments. Brainstorming is a complicated and messy process that Miro could certainly help to organize some of those thoughts by providing tools like different colorings, shapes and unlimited board. I also use Miro in my own research projects especially when I want to start making an outline for the project. The other great feature that I like about Miro is how you can have different boards with different teams and everyone can contribute to the board in a very user-friendly environment.
- Organizing.
- Letting your thoughts flow.
- Cool tools that increase the chances of creativity.
- More templates to use for different purposes.
- Featuring two versions of Miro: simple (for those who are less IT savvy) and advanced.
- Maybe the possibility of being able to add comments without making changes to the board.
- Improved productivity.
- Improved creativity.
- Better final product.
Because of the pandemic and the societal changes it has caused, I had also to work with my students from home and Miro was a tool that was introduced to me by a colleague to help me to provide assistance to those students that are trying to figure out their topics or trying to outline their thoughts. It is not easy to do over Teams or Zoom and Miro was a helpful tool in my digital appointments.
