Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in all my team projects, to brainstorm, create charts, and make order in my mind in a graphical way. I really love putting thought into shapes and images, so Miro is my go-to tool to work on non-operative things. An example was a brainstorming session I had on a project for an Italian postal company, which asked to develop an innovation of meaning to base their new smart payment platform on my team and I used Miro to put down and categorize ideas.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Mind maps.
  • Charts.
  • Collaborative thinking.
  • Speed of the application.
  • Smart grid adjustments are not always perfect.
  • More templates.
  • Increased efficiency in collaboration.
  • Increased effectiveness in individual working.
  • Increased design thinking effectiveness.
I think the best way to implement Miro is to let people understand it in their most personal way. People will use it just for brainstorming, others will use it just to collaborate, others will use it for almost everything they will have to do: everything can be done in many different ways so it's just up to the user to choose the most fitting one.
Absolutely high, the integration is perfect, from the most simple integrations (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) to the most advanced ones like Zapier, Slack, Teams, etc. I use a lot of different productivity apps and the fact of integrating them together is something I really consider when I am looking at new software.
Absolutely the main reason why I love Miro: it makes collaboration hassle-free and immediate, easy to understand for everyone.

  • Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager and Notion
I went directly on Miro because I think it's a unique product. I use other productivity tools like Todoist and Notion, but I see Miro as something which is not competing with them because it's positioned in a different market.
Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager, Notion
Brainstorming sessions and general use of a collaborative cloud-based tool. It's easy to use, it is fast to set up: you can opt for a template or you can opt for a completely blank space you will fill in the way you want. You have a lot of shapes and the automatic arrow linking is perfect.
