Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It really helps us in developing the classes and students' projects, from an initial brief to developing the whole end-to-end customer journey map. For example, we've been using it in practical projects to organize a whole End to End Customer Journey Map, from identifying the customer's needs, pains, and gains, to synthesizing all the data, identifying the objective of the research, and ideating potential solutions that cover customer's needs.
  • Customer Journey Map.
  • Agile
  • Design Thinking.
  • Sprints
  • Synchronising
  • Templates
  • Visual Look & Feel
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Higher motivation.
  • Interaction
  • Greater collaboration.
  • Better final results.
  • Greater traceability of the journey followed.
As for the implementation of Miro in the different subjects I teach at university, I can say that it was fairly easy as we have, - higher motivation of students to use digital tools - many learning resources and material online available for them to understand how to use it - many videos in youtube with small tutorials from the Miro team.
Again, for university subjects, integrating Miro was super easy as - provided a free tier for students with additional features than the free version - Many resources (learning material and youtube videos) from which you can understand all the features available - Support center easy to reach and contact in case there was any incidence.
For students in university who are working on a single semester-long project,
- It has eased their collaboration throughout the whole semester.
- Have a single tool to work with during the project's execution.
- Eased the process of digital transformation and empowering teams working in remote (where other traditional tools failed to do).

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro really differentiates from the other options I have been trying (MURAL or Lucidspark) as,
- It is easier to use and deploy - it has much more resources from which you can learn and understand the different features it has.
- Contacting the support team was super easy and they solved the issue I had in a couple of hours.
- Overall experience is much more intuitive when compared to other competitors.
Some of the scenarios we've been using Miro for are the following,
- Customer Journey Mapping: identify the whole end-to-end customer journey map, from the first touchpoint up until the customer ceases the use of the product.
- Agile: Organise Sprints, Agile Cerimonies, Kanban Boards, and integration with Jira - Brainstorming & Brain mapping.
