Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our PMs use it a lot but my team uses it to map out process and customer journeys.

It has allowed our remote and global team to work on designs and projects in an easy way and increased productivity.

Yes

Miro is a great space for working collaboratively. It has allowed my team to design customer journeys with ease in a professional-looking way. It also allows our PMs to show us customer-facing folks previews into product updates in an easy tp understand way. I am sure there are a lot more features I am not aware of, so I would say discoverability is not always intuitive.
