Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Collaboration across locations and discplines has become very easy with Miro.
In cases like conducting workshops with a development team or a business team (teams that do not usually work in a collaborative way like designers) – it has also proven to a be an ice breaker. Since everyone that comes to such a workshop is always fascinated by the tool, and I find that this helps them be more creative during the session.
Sometimes all the features on a board can be confusing for people that are not familiar with such tools.
In that case the board tends to get messy and some people also experience frustrations during the session.

- Ease of collaboration
- Inbuilt timer helps be efficient
- Too many features - is confusing and not needed
- Slow boards - specially those with images, visuals on them
- Difficult to keep track of comments across multiple boards
- Improved collaboration
- Less time in alignment meetings
- Efficient PI planning events
I work in a large scale global organization. My team is spread across three continents! Working on the same board really helps us and we reduce dependencies and need to always be in "contact" to work together.
