Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used in my organization to organise everyone's ideas towards gaining a shared understanding of the problems or challenges out customers are facing.
Miro allows us to collaborate remotely and allow all members of the team to have a direct input without relying on being the loudest in the room.
  • real-time collaboration
  • simple intuitive interface
  • sometimes text can be difficult to read
  • Reduced initial standstill which has allowed to move faster through early internal discussions
It's great to see Miro being adopted by so many companies to the extend it is now no longer usual to work in this way. It has taken a long time to bring people into this way of working and Miro seems to have nailed replicating some of the things we used to do in person.
It was relatively easy to get people to use Miro at my work once they had had a go at it. By having a free tier we could build confidence in the tool before the business was being asked to invest money in it. Even though the lower tiers are competitively priced, asking business leaders to invest in anything before they can see the return can be a tough ask sometimes.
It has allowed every member of the team to contribute and has meant there is a codified record of what we have said and agreed. Too many meetings before using Miro meant we 'lost' sticky notes and ideas, or things would be misremembered. By being able to go back to the board it has allowed all team members wherever they are to check back on what was said.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I like how with Google you can all collaborate at the same time, but it can be hard to see what people are doing and it can be difficult to recreate the environment of all working around a physical whiteboard.
Microsoft Teams whiteboard feature I found just didn't work and was abandoned almost immediately even though the internal business stakeholder recommended (since it was free with other software we were paying for).
Miro is good for engaging with stakeholders particular those in different time-zones or locales. By having a shared space everyone can feel shared ownership of the problems and solutions that are developed during sessions in Miro.
We use Miro as that starting block to organise our ideas and group them into meaningful themes to progress into further stages of product development.
