We are part of the CX team at Cisco, We use Miro to outline interconnected flows to demonstrate the complex ecosystem of applications for Partners and Customers. The best thing about Miro is some of its pre-defined (ready-to-use) templates. We have numerous personas for Partners, Distributors, and Internal sales teams using different product features across various applications. Miro can be used to just do anything which Microsoft Visio does.

Pros

Pre-defined Miro templates are perfect to design persona based flows.
Modularity to break multiple flows across different boards.
Sharing and access features (at team/department or company level).

Cons

Sometimes we have seen 'arrows' getting misaligned when opening in different browsers like Mozilla and Internet Explorer.

I think Miro is pretty easy to implement across the board. For a company of size of Cisco we have been able to scale Miro easily.
