Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us when we worked from home since the COVID-19 pandemic. It helps us to work efficiently in a remote setting. We use it for all our meetings: shared whiteboard, define our client needs, work with the Jira plugin, use a template for our retrospective and other team activities. We really appreciate it.
  • Show the other participant mouses
  • Easy to use
  • Jira plugin
  • It's not easy to group several post-its.
  • Our team meetings are more efficient.

I love the Jira plugin.

Would you buy Miro again?

I used Klaxoon and MetroRetro.io On Metro Retro I love their functionality to group some ideas. On Klaxoon, Miro is easier to use, but Klaxoon offers an adventure journey very interesting!
Miro is great because we can apply templates on our board. We can share them with other colleagues. We use Miro for all our team activities: Client needs exploration, Retrospectives, and so on...

Evaluating Miro and Competitors

Yes - Several teams used metroretro.io or some other tools like this one. Now everybody uses Miro. Miro offers more options than other tools. However, I would really appreciate it if Miro had functionality to group tickets/post-it and that the existing voting functionality takes into account the fact to count all the tickets which are grouped together...
I do not choose Miro. It was an enterprise decision in which I was not the decision maker.
No. It was a good decision to works with Miro.
