Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a digital way to organize projects internally and externally with our clients. Since many of us are working from home now, it has been a good way to bridge the gap and have a way to put information. We also run workshops and brainstorming sessions and use them for general visual management.
  • Group collaboration
  • Visual management (schedules, etc.)
  • Large, open space to work with
  • Things keep shifting around when I don't want them to
  • I can paste easily into Miro, I can't get things out as easily
  • Loading times are a bit brutal on larger boards
  • Random bugs -- undelete-able elements
  • Alignment with clients on timelines
  • Having a single source of truth for teams
Just a little buggy, but overall good experience.
Things import and copy well into Miro but it's a challenge to export to what we need. Images can't be copied out to a PPT easily.
Visual management is key! And having a single source of truth and not having things hidden in different powerpoints and excel sheets (or at least point to where the latest and greatest is).

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Working together online with others and having a place to co-edit and visualize things is critical and doable with a tool like Miro.
