Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for creative affinity maps, user journey maps, and other user research-heavy processes. I also Miro for quick ideation with sticky notes and for a business side like business model canvas. It is extremely helpful to be able to share with employees on my team and also with clients
  • Affinity mapping
  • Agile working
  • Ideation
  • Some design flexibility is missing like linking arrows or changing the size of the font within a sticky note
  • Improved collaboration
  • Facilitated better research
Very satisfied as it helps work across teams and collaborate remotely and does not require us to go in person. It has been a smooth transition within the working environment because it’s extremely user friendly
Extremely user friendly and smooth transition with tools
Definitely helped us a lot as the tasks that were done collaboratively in person at the office is now efficiently done remotely

Figma is user-friendly but requires more app usage education for non-designers or technical users. Miro is more user friendly and provides tools that can be used by anyone with 0 technical knowledge
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark), Sketch
It is best suited for sprints, hackathons, brainstorming, detailed user research analysis, putting together insights and synthesis. It is very helpful to collaborate with a team remotely and perfectly replace what would be done in person. Miro is not suited for refined product development or in the final stages of a project
