Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has helped tremendously with remote collaboration. I primarily use it for research and ideation for user experience design projects and work. What I appreciate about it most is the option to choose from many templates. It cuts a lot of time from our work and improves our productivity. It’s easy to share files with others to collaborate at the same time.

  • Automated thumbnail capture (helps saves time and organize dashboard)
  • Organization tools of projects on homepage
  • Remote work
  • Accessible on web
  • Saves productivity time
  • Improves productivity
I personally like the template tools but also being able to duplicate project files. I haven’t tried it yet but I think it would be interesting to enable personalized templates that would match the brand standard of my company for presentation purposes. Since frameworks for projects can be repetitious it helps save time this way.
Miro is easy to connect with other colleagues to collaborate. I like the option of a single sign-on as well to save time with logging in.
All of my work is remote so it helps immensely to work on projects that generally require collaboration. Since the boards are available in real-time, it helps to have a platform that enables and facilitates this kind of work.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I’ve heard of mural but haven’t used it myself
Remote collaboration is so important in today's Covid world. The templates make it easy to create maps and flows for design work as well. I like the variety of customization from things like shapes to arrows. I personally use it to organize and synthesize user research and ideate UX solutions.
