Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to collaborate with my team and organize ideas through the interactive features that miro offers. We use this to convey ideas in a logical flow of information. Because of the vast abilities for Miro to host many users, we utilize this for almost all of our projects to brainstorm and present.
  • Supports multiple users.
  • Supports a streamlined flow of info.
  • Miro has many features that support brainstorming.
  • Easier accessibility to recently used boards.
  • More media insert options.
  • A presentation mode.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Decreased messy processes.
  • Increased worker collaboration.
It has a very small learning curve, making it easy for all members of the team to jump in and start collaborating. The intro tutorials were very helpful and helped to reduce the lag in productivity that is common with the team sharing tools.
It is easy to translate information to Miro. For example, it is easy to insert pdf files that might be integral to the work process, allowing all employees to access the information from a simple and accessible platform. It also is easy to adapt to and get right into working with the platform.
Due to COVID, my team was not able to get to know each other as well as we would have in the past. However, miro's ability to host many users made it easy to implement icebreakers and get to know your activities. The pre-made mind maps also made it easy to instruct and communicate expectations.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is much better at hosting multiple users. It glitches much less than Google Slides and has the ability to utilize smaller more compact features such as sticky notes. It is also easier to visualize the overall idea of the project with the ability to create multiple frames on the same board.
Miro works great if you are working with a large team that warrants collaboration. It would not be the best for a large team that does not have the need to work together and simply needs a presentation program. It would also not be the best for very small teams, although some features might be useful.
