Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for product management activities, from creating discovery boards to aligning with our stakeholders on quarterly priorities. We work in a distributed team, and Miro helps us to collaborate easily.

Pros

  • Enables running workshops efficiently
  • Improves collaboration across distributed teams
  • Let's the user be creative on the canvas

Cons

  • Sometimes it's not clear why someone cannot edit a board
  • Sharing link to a board from the desktop app is not easily done
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved shared understanding
It's a very reactive software in the sense when you interact with it, it always works efficiently.
I have only integrated it once to a Confluence page. There it worked fine, was just a bit more cumbersome to navigate around as it was a smaller canvas, embedded into another page.
It definitely improved collaboration with our colleagues in different countries. We use Miro almost every day in remote meetings.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a super versatile tool, so it can be used basically for any type of collaboration. It's even convenient when you just want to hash out some details of, for example, a product (e.g. create a quick user story map) on your own.
