Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My number one use for Miro is collaboration. Miro allows us to collaboratively create and evolve artifacts as a group over time. We've also conducted user research using Miro and it's been great to have all of our findings and insights all in one place. It's also been great for interactive presentations.
- Easy to use interface
- Tons of features for diagramming
- Searching and finding things
- Miroversity
- Forums and support for the product
- Love when you select a group of items you can then drill down to a subset of object types
- Ability to show and hide layers on a frame. Oftentimes I create a diagram and need to show a few things overlayed over the base diagram. It would be awesome to be able to show/hide layers on a frame so as I am presenting, I can turn one layer on, talk about it, turn it off, turn on another layer, talk about that, etc.
- Card feature needs beefing up - allow font size, etc on card faces. Folks sometimes prefer shapes or stickies because this is lacking - even though the card feature is much more robust.
- More change history for each item - currently only has created and last modified. Would love to be able to see the full history of each item.
- More color options for tags/labels.
- Drastically improved productivity
- Essential for working remotely
- Aligning more quickly
Dramatically improved teams' ability to collaborate on new projects. Couldn't have come at a better time (pandemic). Couldn't imagine life without it and am actually worried about people giving it up when we go back to the office. I know I won't.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Miro blows Mural out of the water. I most recently had to use Mural during a 4-day training and it was way less user-friendly and lacked a ton of features that Miro possessed.
