Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I work in the digital collaboration squad within BCG. Our squad fully own Miro product and is fully responsible to support the product across the organization. We have very good customer feedback from the users and currently, it is a widely used virtual whiteboarding tool in the company. I use Miro extensively in my day-to-day job life and highly recommend it. Use cases - 1. Design thinking 2. Brian storming 3. Sprint ceremonies - Planning and Retrospective sessions 4. User story creation 5. Integrate with apps like Jira and Slack
- Big room planning sessions - brainstorming, story mapping, scheduling, road mapping
- Design thinking session
- UX research - tablestakes
- Sprint ceremonies - planning and retrospective session
- can't export the content to word, ppt, pdf etc
- user access management - providing user access to the Miro board is not a straightforward process
- Tremendous positive impact on the squad in preparing the content and sharing with the stakeholders including key executives
- Very good user experience
I am part of the digital collaboration tribe and I can confidently say that usage of Miro has enabled the teams to work remotely and at the same time remain productive
