Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our organization for multiple purposes. The main use case is collaboration on design and technical questions and issues. Using different boards allows us to create and validate processes with multiple participants around the world, provide and review ideas and concepts and collect information and feedback. The ease of use and the multiple ways of collecting and providing feedback are great and help us achieve our goals with ease.

It was very easy to get started and very easy to create templates we could use for later sessions. We've developed our own process to use Miro boards which allowed us to both use them internally for collaboration processes as well as externally for customer whiteboard sessions and feedback collection.
Very easy to integrate into existing processes and flows. the fact that we can create templates and adjust those templates to use for future engagements as well as save our work and get back to it later, collect and review the information provided and use it in our future engagements.
Miro allowed us to easily collaborate on existing and new projects. Create collaboration and review sessions for the purposes of our internal products, but also to work with customers in reviewing their environments and offering our solutions to help solve their problems. By using Miro as a whiteboard tool we are able to collect a lot of information and build our offerings better suited to our customers.

Mito is great for collaboration work as it allows users to connect to the same board and control the output, adding their own content and reviewing the provided information, it great for whiteboard sessions as it allows multiple users to see and provide information as well create templates to use for whiteboard sessions.
