Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to capturing and tracking responses from undergraduate students to prompts given in class. It serves as a class-wide archive of thinking, ideas, conceptualizing throughout the semester and a great representation of where the students have gone individually as well as where the class has gone as a group. The fact that the Miro boards can be pulled up as reference gives it great flexibility and value.
  • archives work
  • track thinking over time
  • snapshot summarion of progress
  • the initial sense of scale is difficult to grasp
  • rulers along x and y axis would be helpful
  • clearer path to educational status of member use and benefits
  • in our education environment, the immediate visual feedback has been valuable
regarding implementation, my biggest concern would be making the education level of access and usage clearer with more offerings
it’s pretty intuitive with drag and drop, text boxes and other elements
the curriculum isn’t set up for this necessarily but i can see how that would be possible.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great when multiple users are needing to see incremental progress being made across various aspects of a project and would need to track along and/or interject comments along the way. Also, the fluidity of bringing in artifacts from other graphic programs is appreciated and in fact, could be better—as in a smoother relationship with Adobe products/software.
