Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps my team to create more visual content around a problem. Examples of use cases: Team framework construction; Wireframe of page content or a website; Benchmarking; Users journeys mapping and so on. Miro is a pretty flexible tool for us, we use it every day at work to guide us thru the problem
  • Voting dots
  • Visualization boards
  • Templates that are really usefull
  • A different view for projects could be better than a simple list.
  • Positive: Time saving
  • Positive: Easy to share with outside stakeholders.
As a marketer, Miro is always useful for me and my team, the implementation is pretty easy to do with a large group of people.
It's just so simple to add some colleagues to the projects and create a space that explains the use of the tool for everyone.
That is the magic behind miro, this tool helps a lot in this actual context of our world, working remotely sometimes is tough, but Miro helps everyone around the world to collaborate with their ideas and thoughts for a project.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is easier to understand and is more friendly than Figma.
Miro is useful for everyday tasks, it provides flexibility to show to my colleagues something that seems to be hard to understand in a better way that turns the "hard" into easy. Maybe in some cases is not too friendly for a person that never used miro before, they may be in trouble to understand how to use the tool, how to navigate properly.
