Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organization, we use Miro at our PI-planning, where we plan the work tasks we will do in the next 3 months. We use Miro to get an overview of all features and stories. We are able to create multiple boards for all the teams, and everyone can see it at the same time.

  • Easily adjustable to fit our needs
  • Multiple people can edit at the same time
  • You can accidentally move boxes and stuff around if you forgot to "change" the cursor
  • Choosing multiple elements can sometimes be difficult
  • Better overview of tasks, increasing the productivity of our PI-planning
Implementation was easy due to the natural intuitiveness of the app. Miro is easy to use, without much need for help and support.
Miro was easy to integrate into our current way of doing things. We didn't have a program to help us with getting an overview of our tasks, and therefore Miro naturally fit right in.
With some of our PI-planning being online, Miro has been a great help. Due to us working from home, Miro gave us the tools needed, so that everyone could follow along, without having to share a screen on Teams. Everyone was also able to help with the planning since everyone had access to the board and could add stuff when needed.

The possibility of having multiple boards available to all the teams is a huge plus. At our PI-plannings, everyone can see how far the other teams are and be aware if there are any stories or features that have dependencies on our work tasks. The addition of "Reactions" is also a great feature, that brings energy and smiles, when people react to a person's presentation or the likes.
