Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro as a study tool, and also as part of a start-up that organized both its product offerings and administrative tasks on Miro. Miro is brilliant because it is so versatile, and collaboration is easy. Setting people up on Miro takes a matter of seconds, and people who begin to use it are often quick converts.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Versatile
  • Easy-to-use.

Cons

  • Organizing boards could be a little smoother, although the structure works great.
  • Having to switch logins to use boards that you're registered on with different email addresses can sometimes be frustrating.
  • Reduced time to set up sessions.
  • Improved team productivity.
  • Streamlined administration tasks and tracking.
Miro takes seconds to implement. Whilst it can be helpful to think more deeply about what you want to use it for to save multiple iterations before finding the perfect one, the fact that Miro allows you to iterate with ease is incredible. It's easy to screen-share with on calls and the Miro team is always adding new features.
Integrates with ease alongside existing tools. In our case, it began to replace them as we realized how useful Miro could be. Having a central place for everyone in the team to experiment, collaborate and track ideas was insanely helpful. Using Miro made things simpler, and allowed us to progress faster than we would have done without Miro.
Our team was set up during lockdown. Using Miro helped us to bond as a team, trialing out its features and working together. The ease of collaborating is incredible, as someone can screen share in seconds or people can bring it up whilst on a call. The fact that it syncs also means that everyone is always working on the most up-to-date version.
