Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At SumUp we use Miro to carry out our retrospectives, explain flows that get too complex, to brainstorm and to visualize ideas/flows that become too complex. It's been used for a lot of different things!
  • Makes sharing a board with others super easy.
  • It works flawlessly, so far never had an error.
  • Helps communication and clarification.
  • Haven't found something yet, maybe allowing to "vote" on notes? Maybe it can be done but I haven't found it.
  • No idea as I'm a dev using it in the company, so I don't know how to measure ROI on it, BUT, it does help with productivity by making a sharing board easy to use.
Nah it works nicely.
Haven't integrated with anything so no idea.
It is great! It helps to easily communicate ideas like we were using a real whiteboard, love the post-it notes, and the ability to make flow charts is really cool!

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I don't think I've used anything similar to Miro before, maybe Figma? But I feel it is a different product entirely and still use it.
Miro is well suited for sharing ideas, brainstorming, defining flows, and anything that would work as a physical board too. I guess is less appropriate for task lists or anything that's not a real use case for an actual board.
