Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is great for team collaboration, product solutions, and design brainstorming. We use it across the creative and product teams for various projects, including user testing notes, customer journey mapping, design, and feature brainstorming. The format is easy to use and collaborate on with all team members in the same space, able to edit the same designs or make notes and changes in real-time.
  • Intuitive interface.
  • The right tools at your fingertips.
  • Access to colors, shapes, line graphs, etc. that make it easy to express ideas.
  • Functionality is more difficult with a one-button mouse (scrolling/zoom).
  • Increased collaboration.
  • Improved communication between team members (not everyone is best at verbal communication).
  • Creates a common space for work for a remote team.
Miro is easy to jump in and learn intuitively, but a basic tutorial for navigation and features is helpful for everyone.
Very intuitive design and helpful tutorials are available, so it's easy for team members across functions to learn and experiment on the platform.
We are a mostly remote team - Miro has created a common workspace for team members to work together on ideas and designs that would've been difficult otherwise. We also use it for team projects and exercises in real-time, which is a great way to be working together while remote.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Figma is better for in-depth designs, but not intuitive enough to implement quickly: our broader team uses Miro primarily for collaboration and high-level design, and our design team uses Figma for finalizing detailed designs.
Brainstorming a design, taking notes for user testing/interviews, mapping customer journeys, or other complex linear processes. Any scenario where an idea is better presented with a blend of text and graphics.
