Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it as a collaboration and visualization tool for creating boards like Business Model Canvas, Stakeholder Map, Concept Mapping, and Empathy Maps. It's much more visually appealing than creating these boards in Powerpoint.
- Collaboration
- Quick visualization
- Brainstorming
- Organization
- Removing icon background
- Saving or favoriting templates
- Improved productivity
- Saved time
It has been really great for collaborating. I get to see everyone and what they are doing. The speed is fast, I love the ability to hide names as well when it gets too cluttered.

Tableau is slightly different but it's awful as a collaboration tool. It's impossible to see what other people are working on at the same time within the same file, and on numerous occasions, either I have overwritten someone else's work, or they have overwritten mine. Nevertheless, Tableau and Miro are slightly different in their purpose so I'm not sure if these are comparable. I appreciate Miro primarily as a collaboration tool and intuitiveness.
