Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have used Miro for the last past year and it´s been a great discovery for our team. We are now planning the implementation of a new CRM and Miro has allowed us to collaborate remotely as a team, as well as guide us in how to reflect the information in a more comprehensive way to share with the rest of the team, management committee, and our consultant. We have used mainly templates that allow us to portray the Buyers Journey, Jobs to be done, Workflows to be implemented in our new CRM. We have also used it to design a whole new sales process and to plan content in each phase of our buyer's journey. We have managed to work simultaneously in teams located in different places with great results. We have also used the templates to train our teams since visually is much better than a PowerPoint presentation... more dynamic and with a bunch of innovative features. I have to recommend Miro to several colleagues and friends and I am sure once you try it you won't go back to any other alternatives.
Pros
- The features available are extensive and you can get as creative and innovative as you want
- The ease of use is one of the strongest points of the platform.
- You can apply work with methodologies that are not very easy to use remotely, such as design thinking
Cons
- Video tutorials on how to make the most of it
- Typography alternatives
- Improvement of productivity (remote teams).
- Reduce 20% time investment in workshops/meetings.
- Quality improvement in deliverables.
This has been the greatest win of using Miro. We have been able to collaborate remotely within a group of 6-7 people, most creatively and innovatively ever. We have been able to use work methodologies such as design thinking and many more as we all were in the same room. This has given us room for improvement in the quality of the results and agility in achieving those results.
