Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for wireframe and user flows for UX and UI work.
  • Multiple users editing the same document at the same time
  • Sharing with clients
  • Great easy to learn interface
  • Icons are not always adjustable such as color and opacity
  • Sometimes users see things disappear or look different until they reload the page
  • Could use more design adjustment tools such as round corner adjustment
  • It's been a great tool for collaboration remotely with clients
  • It's been a great tool for collaboration remotely internally with coworkers
  • Brainstorming remotely can be difficult, but Miro makes it easy to paste images for everyone to see
Really it's just that the tools are not fully baked for designing something in Miro; although, it's a good quick idea builder.
It's really easy to share and add or subtract users. Also, no downloading a program because it's all in the browser which is great.
It makes it so easy to collaborate remotely using images and sketches. Very nice for product development.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Adobe XD, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Microsoft Teams, SOLIDWORKS
It is very well suited for brainstorming and sharing data with multiple users remotely. It;s not particularly useful for delivering packages to clients because there isn't a good way to export something of that size. Also, not going to take the place of a XD or Figma for UI work.
