Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been used multiple times to host real-time workshops such as design review sessions and agile-related ceremonies. During the COVID19 Pandemic, Miro was an excellent tool to facilitate these sessions as it was easy to learn, navigate and have users use the miro boards. On top of that, Miro provides great templates to work with therefore it makes our day-to-day tasks much easier.

Pros

  • Amazing Templates.
  • Lots of features (Drag, Drop, C&P, Shapes, Upload, move around whiteboard).
  • Timer, Voter, Presentation Mode are excellent.

Cons

  • Have guest join without account.
  • Improved Productivity.

Miro has made it immensely easy to work/collaborate with remote workers or those in different locations. It's easy to make an account, learn how to use it, and get started. We've used Miro for ice breakers, design review sessions, sprint planning, defining, retrospectives, etc.

We used Miro as an icebreaker/kick-off for our team project - it was so fun for everyone to get into our Miro board and add in their own information and view other people's comments as well. Team members uploaded their pictures, wrote out their roles and what their responsibilities and area of expertise are on the project. We have a great reference point, and everyone had tons of fun!
