Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for creative / collaboration projects where we benefit from all being in the "same space"
Pros
- Collaboration
- Easy layouts
- "Post-it Notes" are excellent
Cons
- More customization (type face, colors, etc)
- Can get a little crazy when everyone is working at once
- Sometimes items get deleted accidentally
- Increased cross team collaboration / morale
It has allowed us to all work "hybrid" schedules and still have effective creative / collaborative meetings

As an early adopter, Miro was easier to use and provided more options that the Microsoft Whiteboard. As more teams start to take on collaborative work challenges, we anticipate the organization may push us to all adopt Whiteboard.
