Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro for all kinds of discussion or planning. Sprint planning, Refinements, Roadmap creation, Brainstorming, etc. As we have many team members who are participating via remote, this helps us a lot to communicate with them.
  • Replaces every whiteboard or smartboard
  • Helps collaboration with several people remotely
  • Documenting meeting contents
  • It's sometime too slow on big boards.
  • It could be more responsive.
  • The permissions are not always clear.
  • Positive: It has more user retention.
  • Negative: Less motoric action, as everything is digital.
Small items are sometimes hard to pick. Instead, you just scale them.
IT's browser-based. I can just invite everyone by sharing a link. That's so easy! I love this!
It makes things possible that had not been possible previously. We can now share multiple talents from different countries without having everyone visit us on-site. That boosts our performance!
