Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us to organize and coordinate multiple software development teams. Each team has its own board to plan its work. Also, we have a common board to manage dependencies across teams. One of the best features we enjoy is the possibility of working with dozens of people on the same board at the same time.
  • concurrent users in the same board
  • Zoom and navigation
  • keyboard shorcuts
  • group/ungroup objects
  • drawing tools
  • Has reduced iteration planning time. Allowing us to focus on the planning, not on the tool.
For us, having integration with our active directory is key. Having possibility to assign different roles or permissions
Although the integration is well documented, always integrate with 3rd tools is a complex task and not always the needed API is available
We have multiple teams around the world. Miro has been a key tool to collaborate in a fluid way

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Planning sessions and retrospectives are free to form meetings that need a very flexible collaboration tool in real-time. Azure DevOps is a good tool to manage work items and track them until the release. But it is not good for planning sessions where is needed multiple users move cards up and down
Good managing dozens (near one hundred) of concurrent users in the same panel. In collaboration work, it is important to have a timer coordinate multiple teams to accomplish some tasks Also allows big panels with many many elements with easy navigation using Zoom out and in.
