Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro extensively for brainstorming, planning, collaboration, and sharing information in presentations. It's great as I am a visual learner and need to diagram before I plan. This tool helps me to visualize my ideas so I can better communicate my strategy to teammates and peers. Easy to use interface with loads of helpful tools to help you get started. The template library contains many useful templates that are great starting blocks to help your ideas come to life. The layout and setup make collaboration with peers so easy. Also very engaging to work this way virtually across timezones and locations. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an engaging and efficient way of working.

Was very easy to implement. Installed desktop version and got access to project team account and was able to start working in Miro right away.
Was very easy to introduce to team and begin working
Without Miro collaboration was a chore. We relied on Teams t to help with this. Miro works well with Teams shared screens so we can all keep on top of things at meetings.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Excellent for collaboration across time zones and locations. I love the feature to export to JPEG for inclusion in presentations and PowerPoints. Less appropriate for collaboration of very large groups as it can get confusing to see where everyone is and also be able to help those who need help virtually.
