Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro Boards for Solution articulations and Status boards
  • Gives a view of dependencies
  • Depicts the sequencing of the tasks
  • Gives a facility for multiple users update simultaneously
  • Using Miro for Status Boards is bit complex
  • I am not sure if multiple boards can be interconnected but it would be good if that can be done using Miro(we are not currently doing it)
  • Reduced documentation effort
  • Parallel updates
  • Reduced meeting times
It will help if there is a view/recommendation on how to align your program based on its current state so that it can be efficiently onboarded to a program
I am still not sure if I can integrate Miro with Jira or ADO but if there is an option it will be super helpful
It did help in better coordination in the team via easier way to depict priorities and dependencies
