Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using miro to represent our UI ideas, to perform our weekly checkouts, and to perform our planning sessions. I don't use Miro every day but I use it every week. Miro is also used to perform interactive brainstormings and architectural meetings. It is good to represent abstract ideas with a Miro board.

  • copy pasting items on the board as group is not that easy
  • would be nice to have components that get together and build boards

  • reduced organisation time
I am very satisfied with the implementation and it is very well structured. It is not very easy to find the best functionality that is appropriate for the problem space since there are more than you can see at first glance so practice makes the use perfect. The more people use miro in a corporation the more benefit can be obtained.
I don't integrate Miro with any other tool. I use miro as a separate tool. Integration options would be nice to have. I would like to integrate miro with the regular meetings to take notes create schemas and create workflows. This can improve productivity and efficiency. Also can improve creativity and reduce misunderstandings.
It is a go-to tool when it comes to remote collaboration. It is easy to interact with colleagues and create visible representations of ideas with Miro. So I can say that miro has a positive contribution to my team. It could have even more impact if we would use it with cross teams.

I would recommend miro to all my colleagues working as teams, managers that need to do interactive organization meetings. It is very well suited for big group meetings. It would not be so good to use Miro with customers for example, since it is a bit complex to understand functionality at first glance.
