Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In my previous company, it was used to design the workflows for the UX team to share the designs with Product Management. The neat thing about it was that we were able to add comments and share at the same time. We used to share the progress and to obtain feedback on the suggested designs and workflow. Just recently, we used it to collaborate as a team and gather points for interviews conducted by the entire team with different internal and stakeholders. We wanted to identify patterns and see where we obtain the same piece of information. It was a success because we can always have it available, make changes, and reference at any time.

Mural is very similar to Miro and just as easy to use. It has a similar UI and functionality with the tool you use to add to the board.
