Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it to map the organization's people and some of the processes in the team. Also, to map my development schemes to have a better idea of what I need to do and what I can improve in my processes and connections with other teams and other processes. It is useful to see points of contact with another area.

The quality of the pdf after saving is fatal. You should improve that to have a better final look at what you build but that is the only point that I dislike.
The rating is because you can’t put Miro stuff in anything else and because after you download the final image, the quality is teeeeerrible. You just end up taking snapshots at your board and what output create to put it in presentations or so… fatal about this. Fatal, fatal, fatal!
I really don’t use it to collaborate with others because the real-time is not so good. You should improve that to make it more useful for everybody.

The free functionalities are ok but they could be better. In comparison, the app is probably the best one in the market available without paying. It should be entirely free or at least have a better price but well… not everything is perfect or remotely perfect. I recommend it for the functionalities.
