Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for continuous improvement activities in my organization at all levels. We address administrative and manufacturing issues using Miro through all Latin America countries. As we have two continuous improvement programs here (one for manufacturing and other for office), we defined Miro to be our main tool to develop the improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration
- Meetings
- Voting
- Breakout rooms
- Breakout rooms for different Miro boards (not the same as it is today)
- More intuitive buttons/icons (specially for beginners)
- Better distribution of functions (e.g. "Bring everyone to me" for all participants, not only board owner).
- Reduced distance between colleagues
- Improved productivity and efficiency
- Better collaboration (even with hybrid work model)
We have employees from very different countries all over the world. Before Miro with us (or before Covid times), we had to travel to the company sites to perform CI (Continuous Improvement) activities, not even mentioning all the preparation needed with the local staff. Today, we have with Miro all in our hands.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly), Visual Team Workspace - Whiteboard for Confluence and Whiteboard Fox
Miro is the most intuitive platform for collaboration when we compare it to other platforms. Easy access, everything in cloud, post its, texts. People are getting used to chose Miro when a collaborative work is needed. However, I think great competitors (e.g. Microsoft) can develop a platform as good as Miro in terms of integrations with other Office365 apps.
