Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for brainstorming and conduct workshops with clients. It has helped us do discovery sessions to get everyone on the same page before kicking off a project. Having this clarity yielded successful projects. Everyone also loved collaborating and feeling that they were heard during the process.
  • Collaboration
  • Helps organize ideas
  • Richness of tools
  • Infinite canvas
  • Onboarding new users can take some time so they learn how to navigate
  • Would be good if objects auto snapped to a grid
  • It would be good to drag connecting lines between objects
  • Improved project satisfaction
  • Led to more work
  • Helped build an open environment
Simple to implement and add users. It didn’t take too long for them to get comfortable with the tool
Only did Jira integration and it was simple
We have been able to collaborate across 3 continents
