Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro allows collaborative work easily across teams and to map out ideas and processes. It is popular within design teams to help solve customer issues and ensure teams work together in an interactive way. It is also good for use on presentations and sessions where a number of people can contribute to boards,
- Collabaration
- Design mapping
- Process mapping
- Easier to share between users who don't consume a license.
- More integration with other apps.
- Temporary use licences.
- Improved collaboration between teams.
- Allows idea to be communicated more easily.
- Allows issues to be mapped out and worked on across larger groups.
Miro allows good collaboration between teams as it becomes more commonly used within the company. The downside of this from a cost management point of view is that it develops more use cases and growth can expand quite quickly as it becomes a more common tool across the business and sometimes is a tool that is nice to have rather than essential to the business process.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Whiteboard seems to be adding more functionality but is still quite not as functional as Miro although given that is free is becoming a more attractive option.
