Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In EESTEC, we use Miro first of all for brainstorming and ideation sessions. In many meetings, there is the need to collaborate and come together on many ideas. Thus, having the ability to work at the same time together on the same project is really helpful. Additionally, we use it as a virtual blackboard for training sessions.

Pros

  • Easy to build frames and screens
  • Easy to invite people and collaborate
  • Friendly UX that people understand quickly

Cons

  • Some times presentation view is not the best thing possible. Hard to focus.
  • Locking frames can lock elements and vice versa
  • Reduced discussion time
  • Team members engagement increase
Nothing that I haven't previously mentioned.
It's fairly intuitive, people get the hang of it easily when it comes to collaborating. Maybe there needs some work to be done on the easiness of creating screens.
Since we are working from many countries, we have the ability to collaborate on many projects both asynchronously and in online meetings. That makes procedures easier and bridges the gaps between the borders.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

More features, more clear
For collaboration, or discussion (synchronous or not) it's a must-go! Not the best thing for prototyping/wireframing.
