Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is quite new to us as a company. We are a start-up and a newer employee introduced it to us company-wide. We currently use it in many different ways, to organize cross-teams, and to lay out functions and needs in bigger meetings. There are people who are using it to organize workflow and projects that are in the pipeline.
  • organize large meetings to capture all discussion and action points
  • allow for retrospectives after implementation of new products or workflows
  • help visualize brainstorming sessions more accurately
  • help section
  • onboarding for new people and how to use miro could be more fulsome
  • unclear of a lot of functionality, classes would be great!
  • reduction in missed action items
  • shorter games of telephone trying to figure out direction
I didn't implement Miro
I have Miro on my Slack and desktop and both function appropriately. I use it more frequently now that it's on my Slack.
We actually use it in person as well now that it's worked so well for our remote company. When we have big in-person meetings we still collaborate with Miro.

I can tell that this is a great tool for large and small groups but haven't been able to learn how to use it properly. When others are in charge of it during a meeting I'm in it significantly better structured.
