Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for planning my projects and projects related information, right from the brainstorming stage to agile sprints and tracking daily progress, etc. MIRO makes it easy for the entire team to collaborate and work together in a fun and engaging manner.

  • Collaboration
  • Whiteboarding
  • Drag and Drop UI
  • Ease of Use

  • sometimes there are too many options on the UI
  • frequent updates take time to get used to changes
  • the menus have scope for improvement
  • better management of resources
  • saving time
  • organizing ideas in a better way
I think the menus have scope for improvement. Sometimes it gets too confusing, especially when a stark number of changes have been introduced that lead to an updated UI. Too many tutorial dialog boxes make the experience a bit less joyful and distracting. I think the interface can be made more clean and lean.
The ease of integration is high. You have plenty of templates no matter what your project is. Also, you can share your MIRO boards with a number of people, and all of them can contribute at the same time you can check in real-time their cursor positions and what updates are they performing on the MIRO board.
It has become easier to collaborate on new projects, Now there are fewer worries about finding the project or research resources since everything can be collated at one point. It is super close to what you would o in real life with post-it notes and paper and pencil. Hence, it comes as naturally pleasing.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

I think the ease of use is the highlight of the MIRO software. Especially the fact that this product has a wide range of usage. You can design wireframes, you can do project planning, and you can perform brainstorming sessions and whatnot. The feature set is huge and rich and extremely useful.
MIRO is well suited when you need an infinite canvas and you need to creatively organize your ideas and projects. You have the freedom to arrange stuff as you want. You can plot your entire mindmap as it is on this tool. Also, when you are working as part of a team, it is well suited for this use case too.
