Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Trainings, workshops, planning, even company games.
  • Structuring information.
  • Opportunity to cooperate with multiple people.
  • Variety of functions.
  • Hard to navigate with the mouse.
  • Hard to find the right tab.
  • Arrows are delayed.
  • People started to duplicate information in Miro on top of other channels.
  • Improved speed of working on the shared topic.
  • Made team work faster.
The concept of a big sheet where the different boards are stored is understandable, but it is impossible to find anything, sometimes slow.
Very easy to combine with other systems.
Very convenient if used as collaboration tool on the spot and not for storing information.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would not select Miro as a project management tool, it is good as an addition to the existing project management tool though (maybe I am not aware of all the functionalities).
It is well suited: for Team games, for Workshops, for fun interactive activities or for trainings. A bit less well suited for concentrated working and for building plans.
