Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Main things that attracted us to Miro: Real-time collaboration Flow charts and process workflow diagrams that the entire team can edit / comment on We basically wanted a flowchart and whiteboard product that interacted like we are used to on Google Drive.... and Miro delivered that and a whole lot more! Miro has changed how our team interacts in meetings. People are able to quickly communicate their vision and make real time changes ... all while displaying in a comprehendible interface.
Pros
- Real time collaboration
- Extensive template library
Cons
- Saving screenshots / PDFs out of Miro without frames
- + Improved productivity
- + easy to communicate to other team members vs sharing a drawing on paper
As mentioned previously, it has provided a platform for our team to easily communicate and share ideas. When someone has something in their head, that is often difficult for them to communicate. Miro has bridged that gap, with an easy-to-use product that allows for real-time collaboration while also providing a place to clearly communicate one's vision.

Miro blows Jamboard out of the water - Jamboard (app not hardware) is basically Google Slides - Miro is an entire another caliber of software.
