Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Main things that attracted us to Miro: Real-time collaboration Flow charts and process workflow diagrams that the entire team can edit / comment on We basically wanted a flowchart and whiteboard product that interacted like we are used to on Google Drive.... and Miro delivered that and a whole lot more! Miro has changed how our team interacts in meetings. People are able to quickly communicate their vision and make real time changes ... all while displaying in a comprehendible interface.
  • Real time collaboration
  • Extensive template library
  • Saving screenshots / PDFs out of Miro without frames
  • + Improved productivity
  • + easy to communicate to other team members vs sharing a drawing on paper
Play around with it - let the team explore before mandating use cases
Provide test projects for people to get familiar with the platform
Share best practices for sharing documents to retain control/privacy
Miro integrates with everything; from Google Meetings to Webex to Zoom - we haven't yet found an app that doesn't play nicely with Miro
As mentioned previously, it has provided a platform for our team to easily communicate and share ideas. When someone has something in their head, that is often difficult for them to communicate. Miro has bridged that gap, with an easy-to-use product that allows for real-time collaboration while also providing a place to clearly communicate one's vision.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro blows Jamboard out of the water - Jamboard (app not hardware) is basically Google Slides - Miro is an entire another caliber of software.
Appropriate: seeking real-time collaboration for whiteboarding, flowcharting, meeting collaboration tools, etc. Inappropriate: replacement for docs / sheets
