Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for whiteboarding and to brainstorm any ideas that are brought up. The steps are:
  • The commercial team comes up with an idea or a pain-point
  • Product team analyzes the idea and brainstorms ways to convert that into a tech solution
  • Word clouds and team exercise is done on Miro to get everyone's thoughts
  • Proper system flows are designed before creating high fidelity wireframes (in and outside of Miro)

Miro is one of the most well-designed and executed tools and it shows in the adoption numbers. My only advice would be to make it more streamlined and faster to use with a lesser learning curve for non-tech savvy users.
Miro is well-connected with all the organizational apps that I've tried it with.
For brainstorming, multiple users get on the same page and work out their ideas on a common Miro board. Then we go over each other's thoughts and make modifications and pick the best ideas. It has made remote work much easier!

Miro does most things as good or better as the other tools with the exception of flow diagrams which are handled better on draw.io
