Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've used Miro in both personal and professional situations. It is a very easy to use and convenient tool. The main use cases I have used it for have been to do system and technical designs in a virtual setting while collaborating with various stakeholders. It provides a great solution for white boarding ideas especially during the remote work setting caused by the pandemic.

Teams have a more robust feature set and scale, but Miro is better for collaborative design.

Miro has been well suited in my experience to virtual collaboration scenarios such as product or workflow design discussions. It is also useful in interviews where a candidate needs to design a solution and discuss it in real-time and needs to show visualized workflow as well as text-based details.
