Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use a board per team and then a board per project. Used in the same guise as a whiteboard but it keeps the data without having to take photos of it. We are able to format the information across the different boards via note colours and have continuity and clarity to all boards.

Faster sync when someone adds data.

I was not involved in the roll-out of the implementation of it but I understand it went quite well.

We don't really integrate it with anything, we just it as a repository for data and as a central source of information.

Central source of information, and a quick and easy way to distribute information that people can refer back to.

Likelihood to Recommend

Global teams that need to work collaboratively to develop an idea or a workflow. Or to be a central source of information for teams.
Gets away from the use of whiteboards and the loss of information and ideas. Nice neat clean and tidy.
Not as quick at syncing data when people in another location add information.
