Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a scrum master, I use Miro to facilitate scrum events like sprint retrospectives. There are a lot of templates that can be used for this purpose using Miro. Features like voting sessions are useful to organize our ideas and converge into the actions that help us to improve for the next sprint. Part of our project documentation has been saved on miro as a living document.

  • Training material for some use cases.
  • Items inside Miro some times moves where you don't want to improve usability.
  • Usability some items inside the board don't behave naturally.
  • Improve collaboration

Implementation is straightforward, what is challenging is the learning curve for the collaborators or contributors to the tool.
It is fair and simple, you can start to collaborate right away. For new users requires a learning curve.
We are a remote company from many countries in Latam, Miro is helping us to communicate efficiently.

Both products are very similar.
Well suited: To communicate ideas, promote collaboration, and provides a visual guide of the work that needs to be done.

Less appropriate: When you are working on collaboration items move around the board, some team members don't know how to add new or needed items to contribute, usability can improve to facilitate the final user experience. The size of the sticky notes should be configurable according to what needs to be worked on.
