Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a part of the Adoption Team and we use Miro for specific projects. We use it for team meetings so we can get aligned with our projects and be able to have clear and concise images and flow of the scope of work. I love the functionality to make the work we are trying to achieve accurately.

Pros

  • Organizes content in a clear way for all.
  • The whole team is able to see and edit the boards.
  • Very creative in the different tasks you can convey.

Cons

  • Could have a little better functionality with locking content in place- like when I try to move throughout the page, sometimes I move blocks of content when I don't want it to.
  • Improved team collaboration
  • Helped with project overview
Ease of integration is great!
It has impacted our organization fantastically! We are able to use Miro for all our project needs and collaborate more efficiently!

Definitely superb for a team project or task where multiple people need to see an idea you are thinking of. Also great for a flow of a process from one process to another. For example, if your team member is needing to see a website design you are wanting feedback on, Miro is a great tool to show this.
