Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great tool to visualize ideas and brainstorm. My company typically uses this to collaborate with other companies to pull ideas together and/or concepts. I really like the ability to make charts, use colors, and visualize all the different ideas that all the different teams have. I'm really glad we were introduced to it!

Pros

  • Visualize ideas
  • Easier collaboration
  • Fun to use

Cons

  • Little feature lacking
  • Can be laggy
  • Not super fond of being forced to "sign up"
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved collaboration
My team really didn't have to do anything to implement this tool; we signed up and got started. As stated previously, I'm not super keen on being forced to sign up with things with an email (I hate when emails clog up my inbox), but otherwise, this was a very easy to use tool, and it took nothing to start.
Miro integrates with Google really well and really easily. While I don't like being forced to sign up, it wasn't hard to do—it was mostly just annoying due to my own personal preferences. My entire team was able to sign up quickly and easily and make it work literally minutes before a meeting.
Since this tool is mostly used to collaborate between two companies, this has worked extremely well. This is one of the only tools that we've used with this much success—and there were almost 15 people between the two teams, so getting everyone to work together easily is always a challenge.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think I would definitely recommend this to any colleague who's asking for a "whiteboard" or "flow chart" type tool, especially with regards to collaboration. I think that Miro is what Google whiteboard hopes to be—it's just a cleaner and easier way to collaborate, thanks to the tools that are there.
