Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am using Miro to help my team retrospect on work that has been done, as well as understand how comfortable the team is with the current work stream.
Things like: what went well, what didn't go well, what needs improvements, and suggestions are usually "discussed" with the team with Miro.

I'm very satisfied overall.
Sometimes if the person is inexperienced with Miro, it takes a while to explain how it works, but experienced people usually don't have any issues.
I work remotely, so it's a great tool to meet with my team. I learn a lot about people, personally, as well as the work that they're doing. I will continue using this tool as I am not planning to work from the office.

Yes

I haven't really used any other products. The closest is Confluence, that is heavily used at my work
Atlassian Confluence, Jira Work Management (Jira Core)
As I am a BA, I always am looking for different feedback - this tool helps a lot with it. I can use internally, with my team, as well as externally, with businesses.
