If you're gonna use it in live meetings, just make sure you share with your team a number of guidelines beforehand. Since it's hard to keep track of so many cursors moving around, someone might get away with shenanigans that affect the flow of the meeting. Keep an eye out.

'Cause, it's really easy for someone to simply start/create a new board and people can just go in and start editing it and adding elements simply through a link. Granted, you need to make an account and sometimes we just have too many of those around to keep track, it might be overwhelming to bring another one in.

It's great for schoolwork, teamwork, and company roadmapping. I don't think it's too appropriate for a formal presentation, for instance, as it is a little too informal in the way it is navigated. Use it when you want to replicate a board in a meeting room, it's great for that.
